Palash Bose, a resident of the south Kolkata locality of Tollygunge, was arrested by the Mumbai Police late on Thursday night on charges of allegedly threatening Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut over internet call, using the name of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut.
